One of the most dramatic action shots in rallying is that of a rally car getting big air over a crest. So, despite my recent busy schedule I made the time to shoot this rally since the Andrews to Malvern stage, which includes a significant crest as the cars leave Gutter Road and go onto Redland, was being used.
I only stayed there for one run but I was satisfied with the results…
The full set which includes a collection of shots from this and two other locations on this stage can be viewed on my Flickr account
It was really nice to get out and shoot again especially when the down time is spent chatting, and exchanging experiences with talented photographers like Himal Reece, Gerard Wilson and Corey Reece…thanks for a great afternoon out guys.
